On Monday evening Kilmeena played Ardmoy in the final of the Homeland Under 13 C Grading League. This game was played in the Air Dome at the Connaught Center of Excellence in Bekan. The game was officiated by referee Declan Hughes from the Neale club. Ardmoy got off to a great start hitting the Kilmeena net twice and scoring four points from play to give them a commanding lead. However, Kilmeena didn’t give up and pulled this lead back to three points during the first half. Ardmoy took control of the game again in the second half and continued to dominate on the score board. The game ended with a final score of
Kilmeena 3-05 Ardmoy 7-13.
