St Brendan's NS Myna: 5-9 Currabaggan, Knockmore: 0-2
The girls from 4th, 5th & 6th classes in St Brendan's NS Myna claimed victory in the Division 2B final on Monday 28th May, 2018. After losing narrowly in last year's final this group of girls worked hard throughout this year's campaign, winning 4 out of 5 games. Right from the throw-in they played challenging and competitive football. They led Currabaggan, Knockmore by 3-5 to 0-2 at half time and finished the game 5-9 to 0-2. A very deserving result for these girls who are all members of Kilmeena Ladies GAA teams. Well done to all involved.
