The U-12 boys started training on 20th March. Th roughout the season we had a panel of 30 players and training was well attended. We played fi ve games in the Spring League Division C. We won four and gained promotion. Th e standard in the Summer League Division B was much higher but we won two of our fi ve matches. Due to very inclement weather we had to play for three consecutive weeks in torrential downpours! We also played four challenge games against Burrishoole and Westport. Th roughout the season, we saw a good improvement in skill and fi tness levels and look forward to this group staying together to build on the success already achieved.
